Elle brings her diverse background to real estate, with experience in marketing, photography, life coaching, building operations and property management. She brings a creative approach to solving problems, and a passion for helping guide others through challenges. You may know her from her involvement in the community, as Co-Chair of Green Snohomish, Member of the Snohomish Parks and Forestry Board, and Director at the Snohomish Historical Society. She was draw to real estate by her love of architecture and desire to help others. She genuinely enjoys shopping for properties, and loves the variety of her day-to-day job. She also has interest in working with investors, including multi family properties.

Ella Dore is a seasoned Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with a true passion for keeping every deal on track and stress-free. Ella has successfully closed over 350 transactions throughout her career, earning a reputation for her precision, organization, and dedication to smooth closings.
